GIFA 2015: There is a lot going on in Lost Foam

The positive feedback regarding the Lost Foam procedure at the GIFA makes us feel quite optimistic and extremely satisfied. Compared to our last presence at the GIFA in 2011, the interest in the Lost Foam casting procedure has increased significantly. A fact also confirmed by our members. The previous knowledge of the trade fair visitors has reached an enormous level. This can also be derived from the highly detailed questions they asked. All in all, this encourages us to continue with our work as a registered association and knowledge broker for the Lost Foam procedure.

The visitors at our booth came from different sectors of industry, but mainly from the automotive industry. Especially foundries from Asia were interested in lightweight constructions made of metal – and the possibilities Lost Foam offers in this field.

What made us also happy was the very positive feedback we received regarding our new appearance, which was presented to the public at the GIFA for the first time. We invested a great deal of love and time in this new design and are therefore even more delighted about the positive response. The striking color concept was an eye-catcher even from afar, and the Lost Foam butterfly became the audience’s darling.

In view of such encouraging results, we are already looking forward to taking part in the next GIFA!
